Notes - Entry permits for Himalayan Protected Areas can be available either from Ticket Counter of Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation at Nepal Tourism Board, Brikutimandap, Kathmandu or from designated entrance points of concerned PAS.
- Entry permits for Terai Protected Areas and Shivapuri Nagarjun NP will be issued by designated entrance points of respective parks/reserves.
- Entrance fee not required for children under 10 years.
- All visitors are requested to obtain entry permit as prescribed before entering.
- Entry permit MUST be carried during the entire period and should be shown if authorized person wants to check it.
- For further information on camping fee, fishing fee, helicopter landing fee and vehicle fee and other fees, please contact Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation, Babarmahal Kathmandu or respective parks/reserve/areas.
Filming (Documentary) fee: All Protected Areas of Nepal Nepali nationals: Nepali Rupees 5,000.00 SAARC nationals: Nepali Rupees 25,000.00 Other foreign (Other than SAARC) nationals: US Dollar 1,000.00 (Equivalent Nepali Rupees) Note: One liaison officer will be sent with each filming (documentary) team. |
