OBJECTIVES |
- Institutionalize Buffer Zone management at the center and field level

Support Buffer Zone communities in contributing to the conservation of Protected Area resources in partnership with the Park/Reserve staff

Enhance the capacity of Protected Area staff to work in partnership with the Buffer Zone communities for improved management of Protected Area and Buffer Zone resources
- Mainstream gender, Special Target Groups and the poor

Support the Ministry of Forests and Soil Conservation in strengthening its institutional capacity for implementing the Nepal Biodiversity Strategy and Nepal Biodiversity Implementation Plan
